Return/Exchange Policy

We strive to make our customers completely satisfied with our products and services. If you aren't satisfied with an item purchased from us, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be in new condition and in original packaging. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will give credit for the total purchase price less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping/handling charges incurred to and from our facility. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us to obtain an Item Return Number and return shipping instructions. Please include a note containing your contact information, the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund for the returned item. Please indicate the Item Return Number clearly on the outside of the package. When return authorization is given, you will be notified how to ship the product back to our facility. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
